Brad Eichler joined Stephens in July of 1991. In February of 2007 he was named Co-Head of Investment Banking. Previously, he served as the firm's Director of Research. From 1991 until 1999 he covered the property and casualty insurance industry. From 1999 until his move to investment banking he focused on building the firms research effort information technology with a particular focus on data and analytics businesses. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Eichler spent 2 years with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets. He holds a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Arkansas and earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 1995.

Dana Silaski joined Stephens in 1994. She specializes in private placement of equity and debt and has played a key role in structuring and negotiating over 30 transactions raising more than $1 billion in private capital for Stephens' corporate clients. Her transaction experience also includes mergers and acquisitions as well as public debt and equity transactions. Dana joined Stephens after spending six years as an equity and fixed income portfolio manager. She earned a BSBA with High Honors in Finance at the University of Arkansas and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Wilbur Ellis joined Stephens in 2007 and is a member of the Transaction Development Group. He specializes in the private placement of equity and debt and has sole-managed or half-lead over 50 transactions in his career. Mr. Ellis most recently co-founded ELM Capital Group in 2003. Prior to ELM, Mr. Ellis spent several years in the private placement groups at both RBC Capital Markets and Morgan Keegan. Mr. Ellis earned an MBA from The Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia, a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA from Birmingham-Southern College.

Davidson Hall joined Stephens in 2008. He leads Stephens' efforts to expand its leveraged finance practice. Davidson previously worked at Banc of America Securities in the Leveraged Finance Group both in Charlotte and London, completing over $20 billion in financings for clients throughout North America, Europe and the Middle East. Prior to Banc of America Securities, Mr. Hall worked as an Equity Research Analyst with Morgan Keegan covering the Air Freight and Transportation Logistics Industries. Mr. Hall received his BA in Business Administration from Furman University, and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Vanderbilt University.
