Mr. Huisinga has more than 20 years of investment banking
experience. He joined Stephens in 2004. He is the Head of the
Consumer Group and specializes in Food & Agribusiness.
Mr. Huisinga has advised on over 50 M&A and financing
transactions in the sector, for both large cap and middle market
clients. He previously worked in the Consumer/Food Group at
Merrill Lynch. Prior to Merrill Lynch, he worked in Nomura
Securities’ Latin America Group. He was previously with AgriCapital
Corporation, and began his career with Kidder, Peabody &
Co. He earned a BA in history from Northwestern University
and an MS in finance from the MIT Sloan School.
