Mr. Shroyer joined Stephens in 2007. Since then, he has been
actively involved in Stephens’ Power & Resource
Solutions efforts. Prior to joining Stephens, he served as
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Little Rock
Holdings, Inc., a family-owned global manufacturing and
distribution company. Prior experience also includes KPMG’s
Transactions Services group and Arthur Andersen’s audit
practice. He earned his BA in accounting from Asbury College and is
a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
