Stephens expanded its Dallas based investment banking group,
naming Jennifer Bishop and Phyllis Riggins as managing directors in
the media investment banking group. Kerry North will serve as a
managing director in the mergers & acquisitions group, where he
will specialize in strategic advisory and restructuring. Michael
Stuart has been appointed a managing director in the newly formed
real estate investment banking practice. All will come from
Bluffview Capital and will be headquartered in the Dallas office.
The new bankers bring the total in the office to 17, according to
Stephens’ Chief Operating Officer Curt Bradbury.
