private equity firms interested in participating in Stephens’
sellside and private placement transactions.

execution capabilities, including buyside and sellside advisory
services. Our resume of large, complex M&A transactions
enhances Stephens’ ability to provide middle-market-focused
sponsors with experience and resources typically available only to
the country’s largest private equity firms. Furthermore, our
capital markets expertise in issuing equity and equity-related
securities for both public and private companies expands a
sponsor’s liquidity alternatives, including IPOs and follow-ons as
well as private placements (growth equity, recapitalizations,
etc.) Lastly, Stephens' debt capital markets team assists
sponsors in raising public and private debt across the risk
spectrum. By not committing debt capital, Stephens can offer
its clients unbiased advice on the most appropriate terms and
structures. Routinely, we combine our M&A and Leveraged
Finance knowledge when partnering with a sponsor on buyside
transactions which provides the sponsor with two areas of expertise
vital to executing a purchase.
