Since joining Stephens in 1994, Mr. Strauss has
handled transactions totaling more than $30 billion. Before joining
Stephens Capital Partners in 2007, he managed Stephens Inc.’s
Transaction Development Group, where he oversaw both the Mergers
& Acquisitions and Private Placement practices. Mr. Strauss
holds a BSE in industrial and operations engineering from the
University of Michigan.
