Mr. Janes earned a BBA degree from SMU and an MBA from The
Wharton School. As a specialist in mergers and acquisitions in the
Corporate Finance Department of Stephens Inc., he assisted
with several major transactions, including Stephens' acquisition of
Donrey Media Group (now Stephens Media) in 1993. Since 1999, Mr.
Janes has focused on private equity investments for the Warren
Stephens family and is currently a Managing Director for Stephens
Capital Partners. He is the active Stephens representative for
several portfolio investments, including CBS Personnel / Staffmark,
Davis-Standard, Direct Mail Holdings and Wear Me Apparel.
