Ms. Lovin has served in various capacities in the health and
insurance arena for 27 years. She currently represents
Stephens Insurance, LLC as a Vice President in an advisory role for
clients seeking human resources and employee benefits
services. She holds an associate and baccalaureate degree in
respiratory therapy from the University of Arkansas for Medical
Sciences and the University of Central Arkansas, respectively. Ms.
Lovin also holds a master's degree in health services
administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock
(1989), which followed with an administrative residency in hospital
administration at the University Hospital of Arkansas
(1989). She has completed several certifications in
respiratory therapy and healthcare management (i.e. CRTT, RRT, CHE,
PAHM, etc.) and maintains affiliations with leading organizations
in these industries. Ms. Lovin resides in Fayetteville with
her husband Philip Weber and daughter Hannah.
