Mr. Bussey joined Stephens Insurance in 2009 as Senior Vice
President, co-leading a team of professionals providing Risk
Management and Insurance services to large public and private
companies. Prior to joining Stephens, he spent 17 years at
Regions Insurance, formerly known as Rebsamen, and 14 years with
Marsh & McLennan. Hebegan his insurance career in 1972
with USF&G. Mr. Bussey is experienced with Risk Management in
information technology, rental, manufacturing, hospitality,
transportation and food-related industries. His expertise
includes complex property, large deductible and alternative risk
financing programs. He has been involved in a number of
mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures for clients as respects
insurance placements and risk management services. Mr. Bussey
earned a BA in business and economics from Hendrix College.
