Mr. Cobb is a Senior Vice President in the property and
casualty department in the Little Rock, Arkansas, office. He
has more than 40 years of experience in the insurance and
risk management profession. Beginning as a producer of property and
casualty insurance business in 1967, Mr. Cobb went on to found his
own full-service insurance agency. In 1981, he assisted in
founding the Self-Insured Services Company of Arkansas, where he
planned, coordinated and administered individual and group
self-insurance programs. Mr. Cobb earned a Bachelor of Arts
degree from Southwestern at Memphis (Rhodes College), Memphis, TN,
in 1966. He is very active in the community and works closely
with many non-profit agencies in the Little Rock area. Mr.
Cobb currently serves as Chair of Little Rock Parks and
Recreation Commission and Chair of Visiting Nurse Association
Professional Advisory Board for St. Vincent Health Systems.
