Mr. Harbour is a Senior Vice President in the property and
casualty department in the Little Rock, Arkansas, office. He
has 12 years of experience in the insurance industry ranging from
employer benefits to property and casualty insurance for
corporate business. Prior to Stephens, Mr. Harbour worked for a
local independently owned insurance agency which specialized in
property and casualty insurance, which he joined in 2002. From
1996 to 2002, he worked for BMI-HealthPlans, a regional Third Party
Administrator specializing in large employer health benefits. Mr.
Harbour earned a Bachelor of Science in commerce and business
administration specializing in Health Care Management/Hospital
Administration from the University of Alabama. He has completed
numerous insurance courses, including the National Alliance School
for Producer Development and has earned the CIC designation
(Certified Insurance Counselor). Mr. Harbour is currently
licensed in Property and Casualty, Health and Life, and
Surplus Lines for the state of Arkansas, as well as for many other
states.
