Paul M. Moorman

Mr. Moorman joined Stephens in 2013 as a Managing Director in the Energy Group based in Dallas. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Moorman worked in Southwest Securities, Inc. in the Corporate Finance Group, Lazard Freres & Co. as part of the Global Energy Group in the Houston office and with the investment banking division of Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. in the Global Energy Group in New York and the Dallas office. Mr. Moorman has significant experience assisting clients across the energy sector particularly in the Oilfield Services and Midstream (particularly Master Limited Partnerships) sectors. He has completed a wide variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions (including fairness opinions), corporate advisory assignments, leveraged/management buyouts, recapitalizations, public and private debt and equity (including IPOs) offerings and bank financings for both public and private companies. Prior to his investment banking career, Mr. Moorman worked for an international consulting engineering firm with a particular focus on assisting clients in the energy and petrochemical industries. Mr. Moorman received an M.B.A. from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University, an M.S. in Environmental Science from Louisiana State University and a B.S. in Biology from Boston College.
