Mr. Hicks joined Stephens as an Investment Banking Associate
in August 2009. Prior to joining Stephens, he worked in the
Real Estate & Construction and Commercial & Industrial
investment banking groups of BMO Capital Markets in Chicago.
Mr. Hicks began his career working for Robert W. Baird in Chicago
focused on manufactured products and business services. He
received a BA in Economics from Trinity College in
2004.
