Mr. Rimland joined Stephens in 2011 as
a Managing Director in the Healthcare Group focusing on healthcare
services companies, with an emphasis on the facilities-based,
alternate site, ancillary and pharmaceutical services
subsectors.
Most recently, Mr. Rimland served as
Managing Director and Co-head of JMP Securities’ Healthcare
Services and IT Investment Banking Group in New York. He has nearly
20 years of healthcare services investment banking experience,
including positions with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Banc of
America Securities and Wachovia Capital Markets. During his tenure,
Mr. Rimland orchestrated more than $100 billion in M&A and
capital raising transactions.
After completing undergraduate degrees
from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Moore
School of Engineering, he obtained his MBA from the University of
Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
