Mr. Bratcher moved from Stephens' Institutional Equity Sales in
2008 to join the Financial Sponsors Group (to build
relationships between Stephens and private equity firms). Prior to
moving to Corporate Finance, he spent 11 years covering hedge
funds and traditional money managers in various geographic areas,
and he most recently headed Stephens' West Coast Sales Team. In his
prior role, Mr. Bratcher managed more than 50
institutional accounts and assisted Stephens' Corporate Finance in
placing equity securities through IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs and
registered direct and private placement offerings. He earned a BBA
in finance in 1993 from the University of Arkansas and joined
Stephens in 1994.
