Associate - Atlanta Office
Mr. Allen joined Stephens in 2007 as an
analyst in the Atlanta office and was promoted to Associate in the
firm’s Specialty Finance Investment Banking group in 2010. While at
Stephens, Mr. Allen has executed a wide variety of buy-side and
sell-side M&A as well as debt and equity capital raising
transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a
concentration in finance from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln,
where he graduated with high distinction.
