Mr. Ulrey heads Stephens’ investment banking services for
banks and thrifts. He has advised financial institution
clients on mergers and acquisitions with an aggregate value of more
than $12 billion. He has also advised on public and private
offerings of preferred and common stock, raising more than $
1 billion. Prior to joining Stephens Inc. in
1987, Mr. Ulrey received an MBA from the University of
Texas at Austin, and a BBA (magna cum laude) from Harding
University. Before graduate school, he was a CPA with
Arthur Young & Co., Dallas, Texas.
