Mr. O’Brien joined Stephens in August
2010. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. O’Brien worked in the
Oil & Gas Group of KeyBanc Capital Markets where he
participated in buy-side and sell-side M&A assignments and
public capital raising transactions in the upstream, midstream and
downstream subsectors. During his tenure at KeyBanc, Mr. O’Brien
also completed assignments in the Financial Sponsors Group and the
Technology Group. Mr. O’Brien earned his B.B.A. in Finance with
honors from Ohio University.
