Mr. Bagnall joined Stephens in 2007. Prior to joining
Stephens, he worked as an attorney in London, England, on a wide
range of corporate transactions including IPOs, mergers and
acquisitions, and private equity. Mr. Bagnall also
previously worked in corporate finance and strategic consulting in
the technology sector. He received his law degree from The
University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and a master's degree in
international business law from King’s College London, England.
