Stephens Inc. has restarted its real estate investment banking
platform. The new team, which will be based in Dallas, will be
headed by Michael Stuart, who was previously a managing director at
Bluffview Capital. Now is an opportune time to commit to this
practice, stated Brad Eichler, EVP and co-head of Investment
Banking. The real estate group will help arrange public and private
capital and will also offer advisory services on mergers and
acquisitions, private equity placement and debt and equity capital
formation.
