the basic materials and construction industry, seeking a long-term,
relationship-oriented financial advisor. Representative clients
include producers of base materials for industrial applications,
manufacturers of conversion/replacement products which utilize new
materials and/or technologies, makers of branded products for the
upgrade and remodel sectors as well as value-added service
providers, distributors, retailers and installers. Over the
past five years, the Basic Materials & Construction team
has executed 21 M&A transactions with a total transaction
value of more than $4 billion.
