business of Public Finance is centered in trust and long-term
relationships. Our continuous representation with many Public Finance
clients dates back to the 1960s.
The department is staffed by individuals with significant tenure
in this business. Our senior bankers have on average 17 years
of experience within the industry representing various tax-exempt
issuers. In terms of Stephens’ involvement with issuers, our
practice includes negotiated and competitive underwritings, as well
as financial advisory services.
The firm's distribution of securities, both retail and
institutional, is a proven strength. Given Stephens' capital
position, we are able to underwrite bonds quickly and efficiently
for our clients.
