Mr. Smith joined the firm in 1999 and
serves as underwriter for various municipalities, counties,
universities, hospitals and public utilities and as financial
advisor to several Arkansas school districts as well as the
Arkansas Student Loan Authority. Since 1993, he has worked in
various finance-related fields. He has four years of
experience in equipment financing and leasing through his
employment at J.A. Riggs Tractor Co., where he held the position of
Financial Services Manager. Mr. Smith is a cum laude
honors graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where
he earned a BBA degree in finance.
