Mr. Sides is a Vice President in the Baton
Rouge Public Finance office. He has served as Stephens’ lead
investment banker on financings for cities, parishes, universities
and special finance districts throughout Louisiana. Prior to
joining Stephens, Mr. Sides practiced law in Washington,
D.C., both in private practice and with the United States General
Services Administration. He is a graduate of Louisiana State
University in Baton Rouge and the Loyola School of Law in New
Orleans.
