Vice President - Baton Rouge Office
Mr. Jones is a Vice President in the Baton
Rouge Public Finance office. While at Stephens, he has managed
long-term debt financings for the State of Louisiana, various
Louisiana municipalities, and universities and colleges across the
state. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Jones served as chief
legislative counsel to the Honorable W.J. “Billy” Tauzin (R-LA) in
the United States House of Representatives. He has also
practiced corporate and securities law in northern California with
the law firms of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP and Gunderson
Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian LLP. Mr.
Jones is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (BA '94), The
Southern Methodist University School of Law (JD '98) and the
Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M in Securities &
Financial Regulation '02).
