Executive Vice President, Director of Human Resources & Administrative Services
Abe Bogoslavsky, J.D., is responsible for HR and administrative services at Stephens, including processes for job recruitment, retention, and employee benefits. The Arkansas native has more than 30 years of legal experience and has worked at Stephens for more than 14 years. He served as Associate General Counsel from 2002 to 2006 and rejoined Stephens in 2012 to assume his current role. Previously, Mr. Bogoslavsky served as General Counsel and Head of Human Resources for Staffmark, a national temporary staffing company; operated Bogoslavsky Law Firm PLLC, specializing in employment law and litigation; and was the Managing Director at Cross, Gunter, Witherspoon & Galchus, a boutique labor & employment law firm. Mr. Bogoslavsky holds the Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses. He received his law degree, and his undergraduate degree in Finance and Insurance, from the University of Arkansas.
