Chris Cooley, CFA

Chris Cooley is a Managing Director on the ECM team in the Little Rock office of Stephens Inc.

Mr. Cooley has over 28 years of healthcare industry experience having begun his career in equity research covering healthcare services, healthcare information technology and medical devices and hospital supplies. During his tenure in equity research, Chris was ranked by the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times and StarMine and was a speaker at multiple industry events and conferences. Mr. Cooley joined Stephens in 2010 to lead equity research coverage of the Medical Device and Hospital Supply Sector and transitioned to Investment Banking in 2022 to head Stephens’ ECM origination efforts in Health and Life Sciences. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Cooley began his professional career with Dean Witter and also worked for Cargill, Inc., Morgan Keegan, SunTrust Equitable Securities and FTN Equity Capital Markets. Mr. Cooley received a Master of Business Administration, with concentrations in finance and operations management from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Arkansas.
