Brian Chance

Brian Chance joined Stephens Insurance in 2013 and is a Senior Vice President Claims and Risk Manager in Cost-Based Efficiency in the Property & Casualty division. In this role, he engages with clients to develop strategies to eliminate hidden costs inside their workers’ compensation programs.

Chance has 30+ years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on large employer self-insured workers’ compensation programs. He specializes in developing processes to identify, quantify, and eliminate hidden costs in large WC programs.

Chance earned an MBA from Drexel University in Philadelphia and a BA from Rutgers University. He is a former president of the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association.
