Assistant Vice President, L&H Benefits Account Executive
Donna Rutland joined Stephens Insurance in 1996 and currently serves as an Benefits Account Executive in the Life & Health division. In this role, she assists clients with health and welfare benefit plan issues, including compliance with PPACA, COBRA, HIPAA and other employee benefit related programs, oversees the administration of clients’ employee benefit plans, and serves as Broker and Advisor for a group of clients.
Rutland has over 40 years of insurance industry experience. Prior to joining Stephens, she spent 17 years with Mutual of Omaha Companies as a Field Underwriting Manager for Arkansas. She has extensive experience in the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans, including group health plans, life and disability plans, cafeteria plans, and a full complement of ancillary benefits
Rutland attended Henderson State University where she studied Business Administration.
