Joni Terry is a Senior Case Design Analyst in the Individual Life & Health division of Stephens Insurance. In this role, she assists producer in process of sales and marketing of life, disability, and long-term care insurance products in individual and business market, develops and designs product solutions to meet client's unique needs, including preparing analysis, utilizing carrier illustration software, and developing presentation and marketing materials, and works closely with producer, carriers, and clients.
Terry has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry in multiple roles. She started her career with an independent insurance agency and then worked as Marketing Rep and Assistant to the Vice President of Marketing at a local insurance company. She then worked for a different company as a Group Benefits Service Rep providing sales, marketing and service support for life and disability insurance products.
