Commercial P&C, Claims Administrative Assistant
Stephanie Lyons is an Administrative Assistant in the Property & Casualty Claims Management division. In this role, she answers phone calls and files all correspondence into the system database and provides assistance, such as creating weekly reports, to her team.
Lyons has over 29 years of customer service and administrative experience. She has designations as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Insurance Service Representative Elite.
