Beth Colen joined Stephens Insurance in 2024 as a Benefits Technology Coordinator. She schedules planning sessions for plan implementations and renewals and configures the Stephens Benefit Administration system, performing necessary testing, and ensure system contains all required data.

Prior to Stephens, Colen worked in various roles for Arkansas BlueCross BlueShield. As a Quality Assurance Business Analyst, she conducted analysis on operational functions to ensure compliance with quality standards and performance measures and authenticated the validity of a variety of operational audit outcomes. She also served as a Project Manager and gathered and implemented business and technical requirements.

Colen earned an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Southern Arkansas University. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
