Charlene Collins joined Stephens Insurance in 2018 as a Senior Account Manager in Houston for Stephens Energy Group. She has over 20 years of insurance experience comprised of a client and brokerage background.
The first part of her career, spanning from 1992 to 1999, was as an Escrow Specialist for GE Capital Real Estate where her primary role encompassed insurance compliance and policy audit reviews for multiple property management companies. The last 18 years, Collins has had the opportunity to work for some of the largest commercial insurance brokers in the world, with a focus on energy-related clients specializing in placing program structures including, but not limited to, Guaranteed Cost and Deductible programs. She successfully managed diverse account sizes ranging from middle market to risk management.
Most recently, Collins worked as a Senior Client Manager & Supervisor for Arthur J. Gallagher’s Energy Practice for three years, where she successfully managed a service team as well as various energy-related middle market to risk management accounts.
Collins has earned the Associate in Insurance designation and is currently pursuing the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
