Lisa Beaman joined Stephens Insurance in 2022 and serves as a Senior Account Manager in the Property & Casualty division. Her primary role is to manage service requests of insureds, oversee policy reviews and coverage comparisons, and negotiates coverage, limits, and premiums with insurance companies.
Prior to Stephens, Beaman's experience includes operations in construction, retail/wholesale mercantile, oil/gas, commerce transportation, hazmat transportation, life sciences, financial/banking, and medical/physicians. She previously managed a team of 10 commercial account managers as well.
Beaman is a designated Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and is licensed in Property & Casualty in Arkansas, Indiana, and Texas.
