Marissa Mourot joined Stephens Insurance in 2022 as a Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative. She is a primary contact for client inquiries, supporting account teams, resolving challenges, and identifying and accessing client needs.
Mourot brings over eight years of insurance and customer service experience to her team. Prior to joining Stephens, she worked as a commercial account manager for a local insurance agency and as an operations specialist & policy processor for an underwriting company.
She earned a BA in Journalism from Arkansas Tech University. She is licensed in Property & Casualty and currently pursuing her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
