Paul Glessner joined Stephens Insurance in 2019 and currently serves as an Account Executive in the Property & Casualty division. He provides input, historical perspective, and advice on placement of insurance and risk management, as well as reviews and provides advice on contractual insurance-related matters for Utility clients

Glessner has over 40 years of insurance and loss control experience. He has provided loss control engineering recommendations to large industrial and commercial insureds while at an international property and loss prevention engineering company, created, written, and implemented new periodic inspection procedures as a fire protection supervisor at a nuclear plant, and managed and implemented fire protection, loss control, and corporate risk management programs at an energy company.

Glessner earned a BS in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). He is also a designated Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and P.E.23135-6, State of Wisconsin, Retired Status.
