Teresa Reed is an Account Manager in the Property & Casualty division of Stephens Insurance. In her role, she handles client account on a daily basis with tasks including invoicing, premium financing arrangements, accounting internally and with carriers, certificate of insurance, automobile ID cards, endorsements, and audits. She maintains frequent client and carrier contact and correspondence and handles policy and premium agreement review and processing of all policy transactions. She is also responsible for onboarding new employees in the Birmingham office.
Prior to joining Stephens, Reed worked for an insurance brokerage agency for 15 years and has a background in graphic design.
Reed is licensed in Property & Casualty and is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR).
