Vice President, Commercial P&C Account Executive
Tonya Johnson joined Stephens Insurance in 2017 and currently serves as a Marketing Account Executive. Her primary role is to serve clients and assist producers in analyzing and placing insurance and other risk transfer programs; review contracts related to client business for risk transfer issues and provides clients advice; and obtain and analyze information from existing or prospective clients as necessary to provide guidance and recommendations.
Johnson has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically on Construction accounts. Prior to Stephens, she spent 10 years with an insurance brokerage agency working within the national accounts division responsible for the management of private, public, and private equity-backed portfolio companies and also worked in a similar capacity for another insurance company helping support middle-market and national accounts regarding with account management and marketing.
Johnson is has designations as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). She is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
