Since joining Stephens in 2010, Mr. Parfitt has been instrumental in building the firm’s capabilities in critical & digital infrastructure services. While at Stephens, Mr. Parfitt has worked on numerous M&A and capital markets transactions totaling over $25 billion. Prior to joining Stephens, he was a Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers focusing on tax advisory services to public and private critical infrastructure companies, primarily in the telecommunications and utilities industries. Mr. Parfitt holds a BSBA from the University of Alabama, Masters of Accounting from the University of Florida and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
