Frank Sorrentino

Frank Sorrentino joined Stephens in mid-2019 as a member of the firm's Financial Institutions Group in New York and is responsible for investment banking coverage of banks and thrifts in the Northeast region of the United States. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Sorrentino spent four years at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods in the investment banking division and spent nearly seven years before that at FinPro, Inc., a community bank consultant and M&A advisory firm. Throughout his career Mr. Sorrentino has been part of over 40 M&A and capital raising transactions with an aggregate value of over $5 billion.

Mr. Sorrentino received a Bachelor of Science in Business & Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is also a CFA charterholder and member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
