Mark Belford

Mr. Belford joined Stephens in 2020 and leads the firm’s investment banking efforts in the Consumer Products and Specialty Retail sectors. Mr. Belford has over twenty five years of experience in the broader Consumer sector executing a wide range of mergers and acquisition transactions, fairness opinions, and debt, equity and equity-linked capital transactions involving public, private and closely-held companies in the Americas, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Belford served as co-head of the Consumer & Retail investment banking practices with KPMG Corporate Finance and Janney Montgomery Scott, respectively. Previously, Mr. Belford served as an Executive Director with J.P. Morgan & Co. and a Vice President with Lehman Brothers in their respective Consumer & Retail investment banking practices. Mr. Belford holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University.
