Mr. Bagnall joined Stephens in 2007 and is a member of the Healthcare Group focusing on the Healthcare Services sector. Prior to joining Stephens he worked at Taylor Wessing, a leading European law firm, as an attorney in London, England, as well as at Allen & Overy, on a wide range of corporate transactions including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Mr. Bagnall also previously worked in corporate finance and strategic consulting in the technology sector. He received his law degree from The University of Edinburgh, Scotland, and a Master's degree in international business law from King’s College London, England.
