Background

Mr. Rosinus joined Stephens in 2016 as a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Group to provide investment banking coverage of banks and thrifts. Since joining Stephens, Mr. Rosinus has been involved in numerous M&A and capital markets transactions, including both buy-and-sell-side transactions, IPOs, common equity follow-on offerings, senior debt, and subordinated debt offerings.  Prior to joining Stephens, he worked as a Vice President at Tricadia Capital Management and PT Asset Management where he was a founding member of two private equity funds. In this capacity, he sourced, negotiated, executed, and monetized private-equity investments in financial institutions across the United States and Western Europe, focusing primarily on banks and thrifts. In this capacity, Mr. Rosinus has served on boards of directors for both public and private companies including memberships on the audit committee, enterprise risk management committee, nominating and corporate governance committee, and executive committee. All told, Mr. Rosinus was part of the team that made 11 investments during an approximately five year period. Prior to this, Mr. Rosinus worked in Keefe, Bruyette & Woods’ New York and San Francisco offices in both investment banking and equity research roles covering banks and thrifts. During 2009, Mr. Rosinus took a leave of absence from Keefe, Bruyette & Woods to work on investment infrastructure initiatives in Baghdad, Iraq. Mr. Rosinus graduated with a B.A. in International Affairs / International Economics from The George Washington University.
