Thorsten Behrens

Thorsten Behrens is a Managing Director in the Stephens’ Frankfurt office with a focus on Technology, particularly B2B software. Thorsten brings more than 20 years of investment banking experience to Stephens and has been involved in numerous German and cross-border M&A and financing transactions advising public company and private equity clients as well as entrepreneurs. Prior to joining Stephens, Thorsten was a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisition and Leveraged Finance departments at Commerzbank. Thorsten’s focus has been on advising Mittelstand entrepreneurs and family owned businesses, providing advice to clients on selling their business, fundraising options and their general M&A requirements. Thorsten graduated as Diplom-Kaufmann from the University of Muenster.
