Mr. Bryan joined Stephens in 2019 and serves as an Associate in the firm’s Basic Materials & Construction group. Prior to joining the Basic Materials & Construction group, he worked as a generalist on a variety of M&A and capital raising transactions across a broad range of industries. Previously, Mr. Bryan was an Associate at KPMG in the Transaction Advisory group. At KPMG, Mr. Bryan worked on numerous financial advisory engagements in the Chemicals and Healthcare Sectors. Mr. Bryan graduated with High Honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's of Business Administration and Master’s of Accounting. Mr. Bryan holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
