Managing Director
Brian joined Stephens in 2023 as a Managing Director and leads the Business Services coverage team in Europe. He has over 15 years’ corporate finance experience, advising entrepreneurs, family owners, private equity and corporate clients on national and cross-border M&A transactions (buyside and sellside).
Prior to joining Stephens, Brian was a Managing Director at Evercore. He has also held advisory roles at Morgan Stanley and Lazard working in both London and New York.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree from Oxford University and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
