Mr. Stern joined Stephens in 2020 in the firm’s Financial Institutions Group in San Francisco. He has participated in a wide variety of M&A and capital raising transactions, with a focus on depository institutions in the Western United States. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Stern served as an Equity Research Associate at D.A. Davidson, covering banks in the Southwest. Mr. Stern received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Oregon.
