James (Jim) E. Johnson III

Mr. Johnson is the Chief Administrative Officer of Investment Banking for Stephens Inc. and serves as a Director of Stephens Europe Limited (a Stephens Inc. affiliate).

Mr. Johnson joined Stephens in 1997 and has extensive experience advising Power & Industrial Technology companies on mergers & acquisitions and capital raises. Prior to joining Stephens, he worked at Morgan Stanley and at First Citizens Bank & Trust. Mr. Johnson received a BS in business administration from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, where he was elected Beta Gamma Sigma.
