Jimmy Troy

Mr. Troy joined Stephens in 2016 as a member of the firm's Financial Institutions Group in San Francisco and is responsible for investment banking coverage of banks and thrifts in the Western / Rockies region of United States. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Troy spent over ten years advising financial services clients on M&A and capital markets transactions, most recently as a Senior Vice President at Jefferies LLC, covering depository institutions as well as brokerage, trading and market structure firms. Over the course of his career, Mr. Troy has executed a wide array of M&A, debt and equity transactions representing over $10 billion in aggregate value.

Mr. Troy also served two years in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
