Joel Brown

Mr. Brown joined Stephens in February 2018 as Senior Vice President. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Brown was a Director at Blackhill Partners and advised public and private companies in the areas of restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He has executed transactions in the business services, consumer apparel and retail, energy, industrial services, manufacturing, transportation and logistics industries. During his 10-year career as an investment banker, Mr. Brown has also advised clients in various geographic markets including North America, Europe and Latin America. Prior to joining Blackhill in 2012, he was Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in London, UK.

Mr. Brown received his Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland in Australia with concentrations in Finance and Quantitative Method
